For those wanting to do a Ford 9 inch IRS conversion for the Ford BA-FG we have a complete Universal & cradle kit 
basicly what you see in the photo is what you get its a service we do offer either you send us a cradle and we do all the work or we can do a cradle exchange for extra $250 (means we supply the cradle)

So when it gets delivered to the front door its a complete bolt and use system 

we have made it easy to remove the diff basiclly pop the CV joints undo a few bolts and you can change the comlete center in minutes if you need to change a ratio quickly
