Simply press in a set of studs
P/N NS340 (STD) By nice products available from repco 

Simply slide BOLT ON WHEEL SPACER over current studs on axle and use the wheel nuts to clamp, Then place rim over the studs on bolt on wheel spacer.

INSTALL
Make sure the axle studs don't protrude pass the new wheel space, as your wheel wont clamp to the spacer properly
